Our MexiPass Kidnap & Extorsion product is underwritten by AIG Seguros Mexico and CHUBB Seguros Mexico and it covers the Insured (Directors, Officers or Employees, including their guests or relatives), while in a contract with a Mexican entity, against any Loss due to any event or connected series of alleged events of seizing, detaining or carrying away by force or fraud of one or more insured person(s) for the purpose of demanding ransom as a condition to release the victim.
